Dan focuses on companies in the medical device, life science tools and technology-enabled delivery of care sectors. He serves as a board observer on PJC portfolio companies MedOptions and NABsys and is actively involved with Novare Surgical and Spirus Medical.

 

Dan joined Point Judith Capital in 2008 with a background in healthcare venture capital, entrepreneurship and investment banking. Prior to joining PJC, he co-founded an early stage medical device company, serving as the general manager through prototype development.  Dan was previously an Associate at Arboretum Ventures, where he focused on early stage investments in medical technology and healthcare services companies.  He has also served as a consultant to early stage medical device companies and investors.  Dan began his career in the healthcare investment banking group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

 

Dan holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.  He serves on the Board of the Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network of Boston (DEN Boston), the Investor Committee for the Springboard Enterprises AllThingsLifeSciences Venture Forum and the Steering Committee for the Dartmouth Device Development Symposium for Interventional Gastroenterology.
