Mr. LaFever is President of the Bard Japan Division of C.R. Bard, Inc a leading multinational developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative, life-enhancing medical technologies. He has been with Bard for twenty-four years in various capacities including President of Davol (a $360 million global surgical specialties business focused on soft tissue repair), VP of Sales for both Davol and the Bard Medical Division, as well as President of Bard Medical. Mr. LaFever is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, where he hearned a BS in Business Administration.
