Michael Doyle Venture Partner Mike is currently CEO of Medsphere Systems Corporation, the leading provider of professional open source-based electronic health record (EHR) systems and services. From 2000 to 2004, he was Chairman and CEO of Salesnet, an on-demand CRM software provider. During that time, he redefined and broadened the scope of Salesnet's business and hired and trained a highly motivated management team to implement the company's mission and vision.Prior to joining Salesnet, Mike co-founded the Standish Care Company at the age of 31. He expanded Standish, a provider of assisted living and long-term care services, through organic growth and a series of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mike facilitated an IPO for Standish in 1992, making it the first assisted living company to be publicly traded in the United States. In 1996, Mike merged Standish with a well-known private health care conglomerate, CareMatrix Corporation of Needham, MA. By 1997, the company had more than 1,900 employees, a revenue run rate of over $120 million and a market value of more than $500 million. In addition, Mike currently sits on the boards of the Brooks School and the Winchester Hospital Foundation. He holds a B.S. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
